Master's degree in international development, economics, social sciences or a related field
Minimum 7 years of professional experience in international development cooperation
Minimum 3 years of experience in migration, forced displacement, economic stabilisation or livelihoods programming, ideally in fragile or conflict-affected contexts
Working knowledge of EU-funded programme cycles (NDICI or predecessor instruments); prior experience assessing EU Calls for Proposals is an asset but not mandatory
Excellent command of English, written and spoken
