Master's degree in a relevant field
Minimum 7 years of professional experience in international development cooperation, with significant exposure to EU grant-funded programme cycle management
Minimum 3 years of experience in community resilience, social cohesion or civil society support programming
Demonstrated experience evaluating or assessing EU-funded Calls for Proposals / Calls for Expression of Interest, including application of multi-criteria evaluation grids
Excellent command of English, written and spoken
