- Qualifications: Academic degree in a relevant field (business, development, management, public policy, or related)
- Years of experience: Minimum 10 years in ecosystem development, ESO capacity building, or innovation program management in Africa
- Multi-country leadership: Proven experience leading multi-country programs with simultaneous country workstreams
- Development partner experience: Prior work with DFIs, Smart Africa, AEDIB, or comparable institutions
- Language capacity: Fluency in English (mandatory); French and Portuguese are an asset
- Similar programs: Evidence of having led at least 2 programs of similar complexity
