- Qualifications: Degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field (2)
- Years of experience: Minimum 7 years supporting ESOs, NGOs, or social enterprises to build non-grant revenue models
- Revenue model expertise: Practical knowledge of fee-for-service, corporate partnership, revenue-share, and DFI models in Africa
- Language capacity: Fluent in English (mandatory); French and Portuguese are an asset
- Similar projects: Evidence of at least two (2) similar organizational sustainability projects
