- Qualifications: degree or equivalent professional certification in a relevant field, or demonstrated experience in lieu (ecosystem development, facilitation, or education)
- Local ecosystem expertise: minimum 5 years in the Côte d'Ivoire startup or ESO ecosystem
- Facilitation experience: proven experience with adult learners in a professional context
- Language fluency: French (mandatory)
