Advanced university degree (master’s degree or equivalent) in in Education,
Vocational Training, Human Resource Development, Business Administration, or a related
field. At least 7 years of relevant experience in in TVET, skills development, educational,
internship or apprenticeships program management, with strong leadership skills and
demonstrated ability coordinate multiple stakeholders. The specialist should have a deep
understanding of the latest trends and best practices in TVET, curriculum development
responsive to labor market needs, training delivery, and capacity-building initiatives,
collaboration with educational institutions, industry partners, government agencies, and
community organizations
