Qualifications and skills required:

• At least a Master's Degree social studies or development-related issues or a related acceptable field or 15 years working professional experience in a field related to this project

General professional experience:

• At least 12 years of working experience in cooperationprojects

Specific professional experience:

• At least 3 years of working experience in drafting action documents • At least 1 years working experience on issues relating to regional organisations. • At least one year experience in circular economy.

Language skills:

• Fluency, both written and spoken, in both English and French
