This specialist should guide the review of the organisational structures of the RFTIs to ensure that the structure aligns with the strategic Plan and Business plans.

He / She should possess :

• A Master’s degree in Human Resource Development.
• At least 5 years of experience in organisational design and restructuring
• Experience in Change Management
• Experience in review of organisation structures to ensure delivery of business plans / strategic plan
