General qualifications and skills

• At least a postgraduate degree in (i) Transport Planning and Modelling (ii) Traffic Engineering, (iii) Transport Economies.
• Specific experiences include at least 7 years of experience in bus service operation planning and management, passenger patronage, revenue generation, franchising, marketing, and vehicle facility; fleet management policies and regulations; operational knowledge on vehicle maintenance and adequate skill to evaluate ail routine and preventive repairs and recommended corrective actions, and proficient in working on computers and all necessary software for business operation management.
• Proven track record of at least 2 similar major projects
