General qualifications and skills

• At least a postgraduate degree in Transport Planning and Modelling or Traffic Engineering.
• At least seven (7) years of professional experience in traffic operation, management and safety, preparing and executing programs for road traffic management, control and development concepts for optimal traffic management systems.
• Proven record of at least 2 projects involving planning and design of intelligent transport systems, operating intelligent transport management and automatic vehicle actuated signal control systems, preparation of programs for traffic order for public areas considering pedestrian and bicycle safety initiatives.
