General qualifications and skills

• At least a postgraduate degree in Civil Engineering or Transport Engineering. At least seven (7) years of experience in technical aspects of planning and design of road based public infrastructure and land use including Public Transport stations, terminals, bus lane, track, footpaths, cycle paths crossings, parking yards, bridges, platforms and other infrastructures.
• Proven record of at least 2 projects involving design and preparation of plans for all projects to construct or reconstruct roadways, bridges and railway infrastructures.
• At least seven (7) years of professional experience in road geometry and public transport network layout design.
• A proven record of at least 2 projects involving preparation of basic geometric design and engineering calculations such as typical sections, roadway and bus Jane, BRT alignment, roadway profile, cross-section.
