The expert should have a level of education at least up to a Bachelor’s degree academic level in Management, Economics, Political Science, Law, or directly related to migration issues, or equivalent professional experience in migration issues. The expert will have to be in Ghana at least 10 working days in aim to meet (in person) some key stakeholders, and to organise a validation workshop. Cf. Language skills: English is mandatory (C1 or C2 level) for all team members. Knowledge of French (B1 to C2 level) by at least by one of the experts would be an advantage. Knowledge of Twi (B1 to C2 level) by at least by one of the Cat. I or II experts would be an asset.
