Team Leader - The senior expert should have at least 12 years of experience in the sectors related to the Lot 3: HUMAN RIGHTS, DEMOCRACY AND PEACE of the Framework Contract “SIEA 2018”; - The senior expert shall have Masters Degree Academic level (preferably in law, social sciences and any other field related to the subjects of the targeted interventions) or alternatively in the absence of Masters Degree, at least 2 years of additional relevant professional experience in the fields related to the targeted interventions; Additionally, the senior key expert shall have at least 10 years of experience in interventionlevel evaluations. Additionally, the senior key expert entrusted with the coordination of the team shall have at least 5 years of experience in team management.
