The Operations Specialist is responsible to support the Team Leader in the overall implementation and achievement of results, and should have the following qualification and experience:
 Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
 Experience of at least 3 years managing the implementation of large-scale training programs
 Fluency in English and Portuguese
