A strong understanding of international migration and displacement development policy, including relevant EU and UN frameworks, as well as a knowledge of Jordanian migration governance. This knowledge is essential to ensure alignment with existing legal and policy contexts.
- Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods to gather and analyse data effectively, conduct interviews and surveys, and contribute to evidence-based decision-making and policy recommendations.
- Ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, refugee and migrant communities etc.
- Experience in developing programmatic and strategic recommendations, indicators and frameworks for monitoring.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to present findings clearly and effectively to various audiences, including policymakers and the wider public.
- Capacity to produce accessible reports and materials that can be understood by a wide range of stakeholders.
- Language skills of the team: Proficiency in written and spoken English and Arabic.
