A master’s degree in Fisheries Science, Environmental Science, or a related field.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in fisheries management.

Proven experience in gender analysis, gender mainstreaming, and social inclusion.
•
Strong understanding of sustainable fisheries practices and relevant fisheries policies.
•
Ability to analyze fisheries data and assess the socioeconomic impacts of fisheries policies on local communities.
•
Good report writing and analytical skills.
•
Experience collaborating with fishing communities, local authorities, and conservation organizations.
