Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist:

Qualifications and skills required:

·      At least a Master's Degree in political/social sciences or related field.

·      At least 12 years' experience in monitoring and evaluation and development of logical framework evidenced by development of logical framework for at least 5 projects. (References will be required)

·      At least 3 years of professional experience at international level, some of which should have been acquired in a developing country

General professional experience:

·      Minimum of 6 years of progressively responsible professional experience in a performance monitoring and/or evaluation role with an international development organization or working on international development projects.

·      Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in monitoring and evaluating programmes including indicator development, study design, and data analysis

·      Minimum of 4 years' experience with EDF programming procedures will be an asset;

·      Knowledge/Experience in Nigeria and/or West Africa or similar countries is an advantage.

·      Full working knowledge of English, as well as excellent field research report writing and communication skills.
