At least 10 years of relevant expertise in designing and conducting qualitative and quantitative research and data analysis, preferably in the domain of innovation of teaching and learning proven by articles/reports or the involvement in projects.
Expertise in designing participatory research instruments and preferably experience in using rich media in research such as videos, photos, narratives, etc. in the research design proven by examples attached to the application.
Expertise in using digital tools to collect, organise, analyse and visualise research data – both quantitative and qualitative.
Has expertise in drafting reports, proven by a full list of publications. Provide links or pdfs of two recent research publications including qualitative research methods.
Experience of communicating research to non-academic audiences, for example, through blogs or briefings proven by links to blogs or presentations.
Excellent written and oral English (equivalent to C1 level).
Knowledge of the teaching and learning context in ETF partner countries proven by experience or publications.
Active membership of a network with a focus on innovation in teaching and learning or in one or more of the CNL domains
