IT Expert with university degree and at least 5 (five) years’ experience;
• Have knowledge and experience of development and implementation of management systems similar to the requirements and familiar with international donor agencies requirements;
• Knowledge and experience of implementation of ESS will be considered an advantage;
• Good working communication skills in English and Portuguese will be required.
