* Level of education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in air transport such as civil aviation engineering, air transport management or a related discipline. (A post-graduate qualification in transport is an added advantage)
* General areas of expertise and year working experience: A minimum of 10 years working in air Transport Industry and major air transport project - construction and maintenance.
* Key specialisms: design, supervision, maintenance of Airport structures
* Candidate should have at least 5 years of experience with transport development activities: this includes policy, infrastructure, financing and technology aspect.
* Years’ experience as government advisor or in international organisation: 5 Years’ experience working with donor or governmental agencies.
* Ability to work in English language: it is mandatory for candidates to be fluent in the English language with excellent analytical and communication skills.
