Education:
A master’s degree in education, Development studies, or related field.
Experience:
At least 8 years of professional experience in conducting reviews and evaluations in the education or social development sector, Experience in program evaluation, performance measurement, and technical report writing, Strong experience in data collection tools (both qualitative and quantitative), Strong skills in research, analysis, and synthesis of findings Fluency in English is required.
