- At least a Master's degree in ICT studies from an accredited university or institution of higher education.

- At least 5 years' experience as an ICT trainer, with ICDL certification and Microsoft Office specialist certificate.

- At least 5 years' proven experience in developing teaching content and manuals training and other forms of capacity-building support.

- At least 3 years' proven experience in project management.

- Experience in facilitating the transfer of learning to the workplace on the job.

Other requirements:

- Proven experience in e-learning / blended learning

- Fluency in English.

- Knowledge of adult learning principles.

- Experience in teaching adults.
