- At least a Master's degree in ICT studies from an accredited university or institution of higher education.

- At least one year's experience as an ICT trainer with ICDL certification and Microsoft Office specialist certificate, accredited trainer/expert

- At least 3 years' proven experience in developing teaching content and manuals training courses and other forms of capacity-building support.

- 2 years' experience in implementing digital workflows (ERP, eLearning and others).

- Fluency in English.

- Experience in teaching/educating adults.

- Knowledge of adult learning principles.

- Experience in facilitating the transfer of learning to the workplace.
