Qualification & skills:
University degree where a university degree has been awarded on completion of three years study in a university preferably in Public Administration, Social Studies, Law Studies or Economics, or alternatively 7 years of professional experience in addition to the minimum number of years of general experience specified below will be considered
At least 7 years of relevant professional experience
Professional experience in working with civil society organisations
Excellent communication skills;
Excellent drafting skills;
Excellent oral and written English;
Understanding of Serbian language would be an asset.
