Experience and Expertise
At least 12 years of experience in labor market analysis, employment policies, and professional integration strategies.
Proven experience in projects funded by international donors (EU, World Bank, AfDB, etc.).
Technical Skills
Strong command of labor market analysis methodologies, active employment policies, and vocational training systems.
In-depth knowledge of regulatory and institutional frameworks related to employment.
Ability to collect and analyze employment, unemployment, and skills mismatch data.
Sectoral and Regional Knowledge
Experience advising governments and institutions on employment policy reforms.
Good understanding of the socio-economic context of the target country.
Management and Communication Skills
Excellent writing and reporting skills in English and/or French.
Ability to facilitate workshops and engage with diverse stakeholders (ministries, employers, trade unions, etc.).
