Experience working on projects funded by international organizations (EU, World Bank, AfDB, etc.).
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of adult learning methodologies, competency-based training, and digital learning solutions.
Expertise in policy development for lifelong learning and workforce reskilling.
Ability to assess labor market needs and align training programs accordingly.
