Master’s degree or equivalent in geology, mining engineering, materials science, environmental sciences, or a related field.
Minimum 5 to 10 years in roles related to raw materials, mining, resource management, or supply chain sustainability.
Experience in identifying labor market needs and opportunities in the extraction, processing, and recycling of critical raw materials.
In-depth knowledge of critical raw materials, their supply chains, and their role in key industries (e.g., renewable energy, electronics, automotive).
Proficiency in designing and implementing training programs for skills related to raw material extraction, processing, and recycling.
Familiarity with sustainability practices, circular economy principles, and resource efficiency in raw material management.
