Master of Business Administration (MBA) or similar field;
Specific certifications in Organizational Development, leadership, such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or other management-related certifications are advantageous;
Proven experience of more than 10 years of acting in similar projects;
Ability to lead processes of organizational changes;
Ability to make quick and assertive decisions;
Analysis of situations and consideration of impacts of decisions;
Efficiency in time and task management to meet deadlines;
Adherence to high ethical standards.
