Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Informatics, Computer Science or related fields (Master's degree is an advantage);
Certification in Business Process Management (BPM) is an advantage;
At least 5 years of proven experience in process reengineering;
In-depth understanding of process reengineering methodologies, such as Six Sigma, Lean, BPM, among others;
Deep mastery of process modeling tools;
Strong project management skills to drive re-engineering initiatives from start to finish;
Ability to analyze complex challenges and find effective solutions
