Degree: Master’s (or PhD preferred) in Economics, SME Development, Inclusive Finance, Development Studies, or Project Management
General Experience: Minimum 15 years in private sector development, MSME support, or women’s economic empowerment
Specific Experience:
At least 7–10 years as Team Leader in TA projects funded by international donors
Proven track record in designing and managing non-financial services for MSMEs: training, coaching, mentoring, business incubation, etc.
Key Skills:
Strong leadership and team coordination in multidisciplinary environments
Experience liaising with financial institutions, public sector bodies, and women entrepreneur associations
Deep understanding of inclusive finance and gender mainstreaming
Full fluency in English
