MA in management, labor economics, entrepreneurship, human resources management, public management, marketing management, or related fields. Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in implementing activities related to the labor market and social protection desired.
• Previous experience in job centers, including private or public employment agencies.
• Experience in effective counseling of job seekers and building strong linkages with the private sector, to collect new job vacancies and effectively place job seekers. Strong linkage with private sector organizations.
• Experience in career guidance services;
• Experience in collection of labor market

• Experience in delivering behavioral change training programs.
• Familiar with different workforce/skill development initiatives in Ethiopia.
