At least 10 years of work experience in organisational development, competency management and human resource planning and development
Proven experience in conducting competency framework development projects, preferably within the public sector.
Familiarity with the government context and governance structures.
Knowledge of analytics procedures and processes, data modelling and statistical analysis.
Advanced knowledge and experience of organisational development, organisational design, work study and job analysis in the Public Service
Demonstration of strong analytical and research skills.
Strong reporting, communication, documentation and presentation skills.
Proven ability to engage stakeholders at various levels and facilitate workshops/training sessions effectively
