Researcher/policy analyst with specific expertise in education and training systems in conflict affected and fragile contexts, conflict studies, and global development (e.g., interpreting and critically analysing scholarly and grey literature and data regarding education, training and employment’s systems in fragile and protracted crisis contexts, (post)conflict contexts and regions). Field expertise is required as well as experience in similar assignments; Excellent writing and presentation skills in EN (list of reports and publications in English); written and spoken EN at least C1. Experience in designing practical tools for policy use is an asset.
