Proven experience in international development, EU policy, and coordination of multi-stakeholder initiatives;
Strong analytical skills and experience in strategic planning in complex environments;
Familiarity with Ukraine's socio-economic and political context, as well as the EU’s strategic objectives in the region;
Proven professional command of English (C1), as evidenced by the list of publications and/or examples of analytical reports;
Excellent communication and facilitation skills as evidenced by the list of workshops/ seminars/ focus groups in which the expert acted as a speaker, facilitator or group coordinator.
