Proven experience of work in international donor projects and programmes;
Excellent knowledge of Ukraine's socio-economic and political context, as well as the EU’s strategic objectives in the country and region;
Very good writing skills in English and Ukrainian (professional command of English (C1) and Ukrainian (C2), as evidenced by the list of publications and/or examples of analytical reports;
Very good communication and facilitation skills as evidenced by the list of workshops/ seminars/ focus groups in which the expert acted as a speaker, facilitator or group coordinator.
