Proven experience in labour market analytics, particularly in the context of online job vacancies;
Proficiency in using data analysis and dashboard interfaces;
Strong understanding of the Ukrainian labour market, social protection system, and policy context.
Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
Excellent analytical and writing skills (in English-C1 and Ukrainian- C2), as evidenced by the list of publications and/or examples of analytical reports.
Experience in stakeholder engagement and facilitation.
Familiarity with EU education, training and labour market policies and standards.
Proven professional experience in the design and implementation of surveys, including quantitative and qualitative analysis of data related to economic, labour market, education and training;
Proven knowledge and understanding of digital economy, including platform work;
