Strong expertise in European Union’s policies, particularly related to youth employment, education and social policies;
Experience in policy analysis and development, particularly within the context of EU accession;
In-depth knowledge on setting up and delivery of a Youth Guarantee scheme and its components;
Proven capability in facilitating knowledge-sharing initiatives, with a focus on key aspects of the Council Recommendations;
Professional command of English (C1) for both experts and Ukrainian (C1/C2) for National expert.
