Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Law, Communication, Political Science, or related field.
At least 3–5 years of professional experience in civil society support, governance, citizen participation, or community development.
Excellent knowledge of the socio-economic and cultural context of the country/region.
Strong communication, facilitation, and reporting skills.
Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is mandatory;
