available expert should have a minimum of 3 year of professional experience in the area of migration and forced displacement in the relevant country, by preference on the priorities of the Multiannual Indicative Programme (MIP) 2021-2027 for Multi-Country Migration Programme for the Southern Neighbourhood: (1) Protection of forcibly displaced persons and others in need; (2) Migration governance and management; (3) Fostering
cooperation on return, readmission and reintegration; (4) Legal migration and mobility.
