Responsible for overall planning, implementation, co-ordination of the mission and all its deliverables. She/ he will be the primary liaison contact with Government and other key stakeholders and will be responsible for ensuring quality and coherence of all elements of the contract implementation
Shall have university studies of at least completed university studies of at least 3 years, attested by a diploma. In its absence 5 years of equivalent professional experience in the field of law, political studies, social sciences, economic/financial management studies, public administration, good governance, communications any other equivalent to the areas covered under the Terms of references. -
Excellent analytical and reporting skills. - Excellent communication skills, in particular, liaising with different stakeholders
Minimum (12) years of professional experience in managing/implementing complex international projects, especially in governance, support to civil society, and policy development, capacity building.
At least 12 years of professional experience in strengthening the regulatory and institutional framework for consultations and cooperation’s with CSOs in the preparation of legislation and policies. - At least 12 years of experience contributing to the reform of public finance systems improvements, particularly with respect to public funding for
non-profit sectors or civil society. - At least 3 years of relevant experience in regulatory frameworks, particularly the allocation of public funds and government-CSO relations. - At least 3 years of experience in regulatory analysis, civil servant training, mentoring, and facilitating CSO consultation processes -At least 2 years of experience in facilitating workshops, roundtable discussions, and forums involving multiple stakeholders, including government representatives, CSOs, and other relevant actors. - Knowledge of the EU pre- accession process alignment with EU acquis, in particular in the area of democratization and civil society enabling environment.
C2-level English skills - Knowledge of any of the official languages of Bosnia and Herzegovina- Bosnian/Croatian/ Serbian will be considered as an advantage (at least C1 level will be required)
