• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality assurance and software testing for web and mobile applications.
• Proven expertise in developing and executing test plans, test cases, and automated testing scripts.
• Proficiency with established testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cypress, Postman).
• Experience with performance testing, load testing, and security testing of web and mobile platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies, including continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Ability to identify, document, and track software defects, and to collaborate effectively with developers for timely resolution.
• Strong understanding of user experience (UX) considerations and usability testing.
• Knowledge of compliance and quality standards relevant to software development (e.g., ISO, GDPR, OWASP).
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to ensuring system reliability and user satisfaction.
• Proficiency in English and French language, particularly for testing bilingual platforms.
