Team Leader: Civil Society Development and Governance Expert:
• General description of the position:
• Expert category: Place of performance - Cat. I (>12 years of experience)
• Qualifications and skills required: Completed university studies of at least 3 years, attested by a diploma. In its absence 5 years of equivalent professional experience in addition to years required under general experience.
• General professional experience: At least 12 years of general professional experience in civil society development, civil society-government coordination.
• Specific professional experience: Experience in at least three, preferable five projects in the design, implementation, or improvement of legal, policy, or procedural frameworks related to civil society participation, public consultation, and CSO engagement in governance processes; Experience in the EU or EU candidate countries or EU potential candidate countries is considered as advantage.
• Language skills: English: C1 level.
• Number of working days: 65 days
