Legal and Policy Reform Expert:
• General description of the position:
• Expert category: Place of Performance - Cat. II (>6 years of experience)
• Qualifications and skills required: Completed university studies in law of at least 3 years, attested by a diploma. In its absence 5 years of equivalent professional experience in addition to years required under general experience.
• General professional experience: At least 6 years of general professional experience in legislative drafting, public consultation, or regulatory reform.
• Specific professional experience: The expert shall have specific professional experience in drafting, reviewing, or advising on laws, regulations, or procedural frameworks affecting civil society participation, public consultation, and CSO engagement in public service delivery.
• Language skills: Albanian or Serbian and English: C1.
• Number of working days: 60 days
