General description of the position:
• Expert category: Place of Performance - Cat. III (>3 years of experience)
• Qualifications and skills required: Completed university studies in computer science, IT, or software engineering or equivalent of at least 3 years, attested by a diploma. In its absence 5 years of equivalent professional experience in addition to years required under general experience.
• General professional experience: At least 3 years of experience in the development or management e-governance systems, online consultation platforms, or CSO management tools.
• Specific professional experience: At least one preferable 2 years of experience with User Experience (UX), accessibility standards, and data protection principles.
• Language skills: Albanian or Serbian: C1 and English: B2.
• Number of working days: 20 days
