Communication and Outreach Expert:
• General description of the position:
• Expert category: Place of Performance - Cat. III (>3 years of experience)
• Qualifications and skills required: Completed university studies in communications, journalism, public relations, social sciences of at least 3 years, attested by a diploma. In its absence 5 years of equivalent professional experience in addition to years required under general experience.
• General professional experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in strategic communication, public relation or outreach.
• Specific professional experience: At least one preferable two years of professional experience in strategic communication and outreach, focusing on governance, citizen participation, or public service delivery targeting both institutions and civil society.
• Language skills: Albanian or Serbian and English: C1.
• Number of working days: 15 days
