• A master’s degree in Agricultural Sciences, Agroforestry, Environmental Science,
or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in agroforestry and sustainable agricultural practices, with a
minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• In-depth understanding of agroecological principles and sustainable land
management practices.
• Proven ability to conduct research and analysis in agro-forestry and agricultural
sectors.
• Strong understanding of entrepreneurship principles and business development.
• Experience in delivering training programs focused on entrepreneurship and business
development for MSMEs, with a focus on women and youth-led enterprises.
• Proven analytical and communication skills as well as ability to demonstrate
attention to details.
• Experience working directly with farmers and rural communities to promote
sustainable agricultural practices.
