Profil demandé
• A master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, enterprise growth, or MSME support with a strong focus on strengthening the capacities of entrepreneurs and MSMEs.
• Strong understanding of market systems development, value chain analysis, and
access to finance.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement business support programs for
MSMEs.
• Proven experience in developing partnerships with private sector actors and financial institutions.
• Experience delivering training and coaching for youth, women and PWDs led
businesses.
• Excellent analytical, writing and communication skills.
• Experience working with MSMEs in selected sectors or related value chains.
