In charge of the overall implementation of the contract, management of the team, including key and non-key experts, day-to-day communication with the contracting authority, and reporting.
Qualifications and skills
- university (or equivalent) degree or 5 years of professional experience in at least one of the following fields: media, communication, audio-visual conception and production, marketing or advertising (these 5 years are in addition to those required under 'general professional experience')
- Ability to work in English at C2 level for understanding, speaking and writing skills according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages as demonstrated by certificate or by past relevant experience.
General professional experience
- A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in a field relevant to the contract.
Specific professional experience
- A minimum of 5 years in managing projects in at least one of the following fields: media, communication, audio-visual conception and production, marketing or advertising
- Specific experience in communication activities concerning the EU policies in the Middle East, North Africa and Gulf region is an asset.
