Master’s degree in social sciences (Social Work, Sociology, Development Studies or any other related field).
• Experienced manager with a strong track record (min 5 years) of stakeholder engagement in rural areas in Africa, Zambia considered an advantage.
• Ability to communicate effectively including in local languages, and familiarity with local customs, traditions and practices.
• Skills in Gender Mainstreaming/ Sexual Exploitation, Abuse harassment and gender-based violence (SEA/SH/GBV).
