General Professional Experience: 10 years facilitating public-private dialogue, supporting business associations or chambers of commerce, or providing strategic advisory on business environment improvement.

Specific Professional Experience: 10 years in the same areas as general experience.

Leadership / Management Experience: 8 years in projects or organizations in private sector development.

International Experience: 7 years outside DRC.

Experience in Assignment Region: 5 years in Sub-Saharan Africa, including 2 years in francophone countries.

Experience in Development Cooperation: 5 years.

Other: 3 years in the mining sector.
